Are you a resident of Spain in possession of an official resident permit (empadronamiento) for more than 183 days?  Then you have the opportunity to start studying for your E.U.driving license (class B) at once. Theory classes and the written exam can be taken in English. After having passed the practical exam you will immediately be provided with an interim driving license. In general the authentic plastified driving license is issued within a period of 4 weeks. Examinations are assessed by the Spanish Traffic Authority (Tráfico).
